Reply Agent Updates

Your reply agent got a lot smarter

The reply agent just got a major upgrade across booking, timing, and control.

It can now connect directly with Calendly and Cal.com, pull real availability, and book meetings automatically based on message context. Once a meeting is booked, the agent stops replying so conversations don’t go further than needed.
You can now see and manage all your meetings in one place.

You can now control how it responds more precisely.

  • Templates can be enforced, custom variables are supported, and labels can guide how the agent behaves.

  • We’ve also improved how it handles timing. You can add delays before replies are sent, and the agent now respects timezone-specific availability.

  • Reply agents can now be included when cloning workspaces, allowing you to duplicate setups with all agent configurations intact.

On top of that, you can upload documents like PDFs, CSVs, or docs to give the agent more context when replying.

You can assign specific labels to the reply agent, so it only drafts responses for threads tagged with those labels. For example, selecting "interested," “meeting request," or “information request” ensures the agent only responds to those conversations.

Bookings Page

You can now see and manage all your meetings in one place.

The bookings page pulls data from both Calendly and Cal.com, giving you a centralized view of everything, including upcoming, past, cancelled, unconfirmed, and recurring meetings.

You can easily filter and organize bookings based on what matters:

  • Provider: view meetings from Cal.com, Calendly, or all providers.

  • Integration: filter across connected integrations.

  • Time range: select a custom date range to view specific bookings.

  • Status: upcoming, past, cancelled, unconfirmed, or recurring meetings.

  • Sorting: organize results by newest or oldest.

All meetings are displayed in a single list, making it easy to track activity, monitor status, and stay on top of everything across accounts.

Workflows & Automation

Workflows are now easier to understand, with clearer visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes.

You can now view workflow activity through logs, along with improved filtering to quickly find what you need.

New triggers have been added, including reminders, incoming webhooks, meeting-booked events, and phone number detection.

You can now build more advanced automations using triggers and conditions.

  • For example, when a phone number is found in a conversation, you can instantly identify high-intent leads and take action by moving them to a call-ready list or notifying your team.

  • When a meeting is booked, you can automatically trigger actions like updating the prospect status or syncing the activity to HubSpot.

  • Incoming webhook triggers allow you to connect external systems and trigger workflows inside Master Inbox using a webhook URL.

You can also combine triggers with conditions to create more precise automations. For example, when a new message is received and labeled as “interested” or “meeting request”” you can automatically notify your team so they can respond quickly.

Similarly, when labels like “not interested” or “DNC” are applied, you can automatically move conversations to the appropriate lists or archive them to keep your inbox organized.

You can now also create or update prospects automatically when new messages come in, ensuring your contact data stays up to date without manual effort.

Integrations

More features, more control

We’ve significantly upgraded how integrations work across the platform.

HubSpot now pulls contact properties dynamically, which means your existing custom fields are supported without breaking when HubSpot updates.

Each prospect now includes a dedicated HubSpot tab where you can view and edit contact details, assign owners, and manage properties directly without switching tools.

We’ve also improved how different field types are handled. Dropdown fields now show the correct options, read-only fields are clearly locked, and editable fields sync properly, helping keep data consistent.

  • You can now disconnect and reconnect HubSpot with one click, making it easier to reset the integration when needed.

  • Data syncing got a lot better across integrations like Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, HeyReach, and Salesflow, helping keep your data up to date across connected tools.

We’ve also added support for Attio, allowing you to manage contacts and workflows with a modern CRM.

Integrations can now be disconnected directly from settings, giving you more flexibility when managing connected tools.

Inbox & ”

Inbox & Filters

The inbox experience is now smoother and more responsive.

  • New replies are reflected more quickly without needing constant refresh. You can filter conversations by campaign name and manage filters without deleting them.

  • Views can now be duplicated across workspaces, making it easier to reuse setups and scale workflows across teams.

  • You can also filter conversations based on tags, making it easier to organize and manage large volumes of accounts.

Labels are easier to view and manage across conversations and filters.

Workspaces & Channels

You can clone entire workspaces, bulk delete channels, and update workspace details more easily. Channel-level control has also improved, making it easier to organize accounts correctly.

  • You can now move connected channels between workspaces, making it easier to reorganize accounts without reconnecting everything from scratch.

  • You can now update workspace details like name, description, and timezone more easily, with improved control over workspace configuration.

Views can also be duplicated across workspaces, allowing you to reuse setups and scale workflows faster across teams.

Channel tagging is now supported, allowing you to assign, remove, create, update, and delete tags across channels.
