You can now trigger workflows when meetings are rescheduled or cancelled through Calendly and Cal.com integrations. Meeting activity is also now visible directly inside the thread, so your team can instantly see when someone books, reschedules, or cancels a meeting without switching tabs.

New workflow triggers:

  • Meeting rescheduled

  • Meeting cancelled

This makes it easier to automate actions based on real meeting activity. For example, when a meeting gets rescheduled, you can automatically add labels like "Rescheduled," notify your team in Slack or Gmail so they stay updated, move leads into follow-up lists, update your CRM, or trigger reminder workflows.

Similarly, when meetings are cancelled, you can automatically label conversations, restart outreach, notify account owners, trigger rebooking follow-ups, or move leads into cancellation follow-up lists so nothing slips through the cracks.

GoHighLevel Integration

GoHighLevel integration has been added to MasterInbox.

You can now sync prospects from MasterInbox into GHL while controlling exactly which channels and labels should sync across both platforms.

Additional controls are also available directly inside the integration settings:

  • Auto-save conversations on reply
    Automatically sync conversations whenever replies are sent

  • Check contacts only (no data sent to GHL)
    Verify contacts without syncing conversation data

You can also sync activity directly from the thread view, making it easier to manage conversations and keep your CRM updated without constantly switching between tools.

In-app Notification Center

The in-app notification center makes it easier to stay on top of activity happening across your workspace in real time.

You can now track replies, workflow activity, integration updates, and system alerts directly inside MasterInbox. Notifications can also be filtered by workflows, channels, sequences, Slack, webhooks, system activity, your outbound tools, or your CRM integrations.

This gives your team a centralized view of everything happening across conversations, automations, and connected tools.
